ABS Sheet Characteristics (2)

ABS sheet is not affected by water, inorganic salts, alkalis and many acids, but is soluble in ketones, aldehydes and chlorinated hydrocarbons; contact with glacial acetic acid, vegetable oil, etc. will cause stress cracking. ABS has poor weather resistance and degrades easily under ultraviolet light; after half a year outdoors, impact strength drops by half.
