The boiler electric heater is mainly composed of the boiler body, electric control box, and control system.

01. Security:

① Leakage protection: When a boiler experiences leakage, the power supply is promptly cut off through a leakage circuit breaker to ensure personal safety.

② Water shortage protection: When the boiler is short of water, the heating tube control circuit should be cut off in a timely manner to prevent dry burning and damage to the heating tube. At the same time, the controller will issue a water shortage alarm indication.

③ Grounding protection: When the boiler shell is electrified, the leakage current is guided to the ground through the grounding wire to ensure personal safety. Usually, a good metal connection should be made between the protective grounding wire and the earth. Angle iron and steel pipes buried deep underground are commonly used as grounding bodies, and the grounding resistance should not exceed 4 Ω.

④ Steam overpressure protection: When the boiler steam pressure exceeds the set upper limit pressure, the safety valve starts and releases steam to reduce the pressure.

⑤ Overcurrent protection: When the boiler operates under overload (high voltage), the residual current circuit breaker will automatically disconnect.

⑥ Power protection: With the help of advanced electronic circuits, reliable power-off protection is provided after detecting overvoltage, undervoltage, and phase failure fault states.

02. Convenience:

① After the power is introduced into the electrical control box, the boiler will enter (or leave) the fully automatic operation state with one click operation.

② The water volume in the boiler decreases, and the control system automatically replenishes water from the water tank to the boiler through the make-up pump.

03. Rationality:

In order to use electrical energy reasonably and effectively, the heating power is divided into several sections and automatically cycled (cut off) by the controller. After the user determines the heating power according to actual needs, they only need to close the corresponding residual current circuit breaker (or press the corresponding switching switch). The segmented cyclic switching of heating tubes reduces the impact of the boiler on the power grid during operation.

04. Reliability:

① The boiler body is welded with argon arc welding as the base and manually covered, and undergoes strict X-ray inspection.

② The boiler uses steel and is strictly selected according to manufacturing standards. ③ The accessories used for the boiler are all high-quality products from both domestic and foreign sources, and have been tested and inspected to ensure the long-term normal operation of the boiler.
