Working principle: The system circulates inert gas (N2 or Ar) through a purification column with German BASF deoxidizing material and American UOP water-removing material, efficiently removing moisture and oxygen; the purified gas returns to the chamber in closed-loop circulation. The regeneration system uses dual-core spiral heating rods with precise temperature control to reactivate the saturated materials, doubling their service life. The transition chamber (large/small dual chamber) achieves safe transfer of samples via vacuum pumping and inert gas filling. The control system monitors water-oxygen value, pressure and leakage rate in real time, ensuring stable unattended operation.
