Pipeline electric heater is an energy-saving device that heats materials in advance. It is installed before the material equipment to directly heat the material, allowing it to circulate and heat at high temperatures, ultimately achieving the goal of energy conservation. It is widely used in the preheating of fuel oils such as heavy oil, asphalt, and clean oil.
It consists of two parts: the main body and the control system. The heating element uses stainless steel pipes as protective sleeves, high-temperature resistance alloy wires, crystalline magnesium oxide powder, and is formed through compression technology. The control part uses advanced digital circuits, integrated circuit triggers, high back pressure thyristors, and other components to form an adjustable temperature measurement and constant temperature system, ensuring the normal operation of the electric heater.
