     JQ-S60 Handheld Water Quality Biotoxicity Tester adopts the luminescent bacteria method and follows the standards of "GB/T15441-1995" and "ISO-11348-3". The luminescent bacteria used emit blue-green fluorescence of 450-490nm during normal metabolism. When encountering external toxic substances, it will affect the metabolism of luminescent bacteria, thereby inhibiting the luminous intensity. The inhibition of luminescent bacteria is related to the toxicity of external toxic substances. The method provides a basis for the detection and evaluation of environmental quality from the perspective of biology. The detector can quickly detect water pollution on site, and the instrument is an effective supplement to conventional physical and chemical scientific instruments.
