In general, you can shower at any time; the timing has little effect on the body.
Bathing habits vary from person to person. Some like to shower in the morning, which can leave them feeling refreshed and mentally sharp to start the day's work. Others are used to showering at night, which can relieve fatigue, relax the body and mind, and aid sleep.
But note: showering on an empty stomach before meals is not advisable, as it increases energy expenditure and, with poor ventilation, may produce adverse effects. In addition, people with limited mobility and other special groups should take special care when showering to avoid slips.
If discomfort occurs while showering, stop immediately; if it does not ease after rest, seek medical attention promptly.
