Huawei Cloud and DiPu Technology jointly released a data intelligence solution in Beijing on August 12, targeting smart manufacturing and retail industries to accelerate the deployment of "industry agents" - AI systems designed for specific business sectors.
The partnership, which began with a strategic memorandum signed during the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), marks a transition from strategic agreement to product delivery. It signals that industrial AI is accelerating from the general model dialogue stage toward deep empowerment of diverse industries.
The solution addresses a critical industry challenge: enterprises spend approximately 80 percent of their effort on data preparation, and data quality directly determines the capability ceiling of models and agents. The full-chain approach covers "data - governance - model - agent," helping enterprises break down data silos.
Huawei Cloud provides cloud infrastructure, computing power, and the agent underlying platform, while DiPu Technology contributes its FastData enterprise data intelligence solution and DeepWorks enterprise agent platform capabilities. The partnership covers R&D, brand marketing, and market sales.
Huawei Cloud CEO Zhou Yuefeng described the company's strategy as building "fertile silicon-based black soil," emphasizing openness through technology open-sourcing and asset sharing to create a healthy, sustainable industry agent ecosystem with maximum partner choice and autonomy.
