The 2026 Yiwu Commerce Convention will open on October 23 under the theme "Digital Trade Opens New Paths, AI Opens a New Business Sea". As AI moves from concept to industrial implementation, Yiwu enterprises are quietly piloting it across their tracks — Zhejiang Kaiya Holding Group is one such sample. The Yiwu-founded company, with more than ten branches nationwide, overseas operations in the United States, Mexico and Brazil and nearly 500 global employees, is integrating AI into cross-border logistics, warehousing and overseas marketing.
Kaiya's AI service system breaks the cross-border logistics process into quotation, domestic pickup, booking, arrival and overseas customs-clearance stages, using AI to monitor and analyze data in real time for intelligent identification and automatic replies to customer questions. In warehousing, AI vision matching compares actual goods against order information and flags mismatches to prevent mis-loading and omissions. The company also uses AI tools for image design and video production, with finished content auto-published to overseas platforms for advertising — improving content production and overseas marketing efficiency.
Chairman Jin Jianfeng said every transformation in the company's 20-plus years has landed on an industry upswing. Kaiya's exports reached $953 million last year, with growth of about 30% expected this year, and he hopes the convention will let AI-empowered cross-border logistics services from Yiwu reach the globe.
