On August 31, the "Bridge of Friendship - Bagui Volunteer Action: Wuling NEV Technology Training (Cambodia First Phase)" officially opened at the National Institute of Technology of Cambodia in Phnom Penh.
The training program is led by the overseas customer service team of SAIC-GM-Wuling, targeting local after-sales technicians and vocational school teachers. The five-day integrated teaching program covers NEV maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical knowledge transfer.
This initiative represents a deepening of China-Cambodia cooperation in vocational education and the automotive industry. It aims to build local technical capacity for new energy vehicles as Chinese automakers expand their presence in Southeast Asian markets.
The program follows similar Chinese automotive training initiatives in Belt and Road Initiative partner countries, supporting the globalization of China's NEV industry through both product exports and knowledge sharing.
