Calibration method of insulation resistance tester:

 

  1、An impedance bridge with an accuracy of 1% in the range of 103 to 1012. High-precision thermometer.

 

  2. Open the instrument cover, being careful not to damage the two wires connected to the power switch on the circuit board.

 

  3. Find the three calibration potentiometers in the lower right corner of the circuit board.

 

  4、保持 the instrument under these conditions for at least 1/2 hour and start the test after obtaining self-balancing.

 

  5、Connect one end of the connector to the ACL-800 meter and the other end to the香蕉 plug.

 

  6、Plug the 3.5mm plug into the instrument socket.

 

  7、Use a crocodile clip to connect the two ends of the resistor.

 

  8、There are three correction regulators. The upper one is for “moisture” measurement, the middle one is for “impedance” measurement, and the lower one is for “temperature adjustment with a small screwdriver”. The clockwise direction is for increasing the value adjustment, and the counterclockwise direction is for decreasing the value adjustment.

 

  9、Press the power switch, and at the same time compare the values of "temperature", "湿度" and "resistance".

 

  10、Loosen the power switch, slowly adjust the corresponding correction regulator.

 

  11、Press the power switch again and observe the LCD display.

 

  12、Close the instrument cover and tighten the four fixing screws.

 

  13、Press the power switch to check if the instrument is working normally.

 

  The measuring method of insulation resistance tester:

 

  (1) Plug the ends of two wires into the two 3.5 mm sockets of the meter, then connect one to the crocodile clip and the other to a 5-lb round disk probe.

 

  (2) Connect the crocodile clip to the known ground point and place the disc probe on the surface of the object to be measured according to the measurement requirements.

 

  (3) Press the measurement button until the resistance (unit: ohm), relative humidity and temperature values are displayed on the display screen. For the measurement of high impedance materials, in order to ensure high precision of the measurement results, it is necessary to pay attention not to overlap the two leads, and not to touch the probe, leads and the object to be measured by hand.
