Hastelloy C-22 (Cr 20.0-22.5%, Mo 12.50-14.50%, W 2.50-3.50%, Fe 2.0-6.0%) provides outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in oxidizing media. Yield strength min 310 MPa, tensile strength min 690 MPa, elongation min 45%. Vacuum + ESR / vacuum + VAR melted; used in chemical processing and pollution-control systems.
