Alloy 825 is an austenitic nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum-copper alloy with high levels of nickel, chromium, molybdenum and copper, giving excellent corrosion resistance in both moderately oxidizing and reducing environments. Highly resistant to chloride stress-corrosion cracking and pitting; suitable for sulfuric and phosphoric acid service, chemical processing and pollution control.
