6. Screw: adopt Zhoushan brand 38 chromium molybdenum aluminum and nitriding no less than 60 wires. The length diameter ratio is 1:25 and the output is high (new screw with high production capacity). The screw design can not only meet the high output of the screw, but also ensure the uniform plasticization.
7. The screw is heated by aluminum tile fan with good thermal insulation, and the high-temperature fan automatically cools down. The whole machine adopts intelligent temperature control meter.
8. Die head: it adopts central feed split type and core complementary flow channel type, with uniform wall thickness and fast color change, which can meet the different needs of customers from single layer to three layers. The inner part of the die head is finely ground and plated with chromium, the flow channel is smooth, the color change is fast, the inner and outer parts of the produced products are smooth without traces, and the surface of the products is smooth.
