Founded in 1998, Changzhou Jintan Lanling Printing Co., Ltd. initially focused on printing parts, books, internal materials and newspapers. In 2008 we shifted to Xuan-paper printing, specialising in family-tree (genealogy) printing, local chronicles, and photocopied and thread-bound ancient books. Today we have over 40 staff and technicians with a daily output of more than 1,500 thread-bound books. More than 10 technicians handle pre-press editing and production, with strong computer typesetting capability for various thread-bound books, including photocopies and family trees. While practising traditional thread-binding craft, we closely follow modern printing development: we have fully replaced sulphate-paper plate-making, gradually phased out film, and adopted modern CTP (computer-to-plate) direct plate-making, greatly improving efficiency and quality. With skilled colour masters and imported Heidelberg four-colour presses, our Xuan-paper colour printing rivals art-paper printing. We maintain strict quality control and inspection to match customers' proofs with virtually error-free binding. Every process — folding, corner wrapping, silk covering and string sewing — is pursued to perfection. For family trees we uphold the spirit of 'remembering tradition, inheriting ancestral teachings', striving to make each Xuan-paper genealogy not just a record of family history but a collectable work of art.Companies
