Adesso Joins Shengyi Tech at HKPCA 2025 International Electronic Circuits (Shenzhen) Show - Ushering
2026-09-28IP location 江苏常州 电信3

Adesso Advanced Materials and its strategic partner Shengyi Tech, at the invitation of Sijie Environmental Technology, will jointly exhibit at the 2025 International Electronic Circuits (Shenzhen) Show (HKPCA), held December 3-5, 2025 in Shenzhen. As the world's most influential event for the PCB and electronic assembly industry, this year's show, themed "Quality Life - AI Illuminates PCB Opportunities", brings together more than 600 leading global brands to showcase frontier technologies across the PCB/PCBA value chain, focusing on high-end HDI, glass substrate manufacturing and smart manufacturing.

At the show, Dr. Lin Wei, Director of Shengyi Tech's New Materials Research Institute, will premiere the degradable and recyclable technology based on Adesso's degradable curing agent technology. Built on a brand-new molecular structure design, Cleavamine degradable curing agents crack the world-class problem that thermoset resin composites could never be chemically recycled - a key step toward sustainability in electronic materials.

Conventional epoxy systems form stable 3D crosslinked networks that resist degradation, making waste PCBs a major e-waste challenge. Adesso's innovation builds reversible chemical bonds so the resin network breaks in a controlled way under specific conditions, enabling a closed loop of chemical degradation, resin recovery and regeneration for copper-clad laminates. Combined with Shengyi Tech's advanced materials processes, the Recyclad series of CCLs offers:

- Chemical degradability and resource recovery: efficient recycling of resin, copper foil and fillers

- Green and environmentally friendly: halogen-free, low carbon emissions, with 12% bio-based carbon content

- High-performance compatibility: meets mainstream mid-Tg halogen-free FR-4 standards and is UL certified (V-0, RTI >= 130C)

- Strong process compatibility: suitable for multilayer and HDI products, fitting existing CCL and PCB production flows

The technology has won broad international recognition and recently received the Second Prize in the finals of the 14th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Modern Petrochemical Special Session), underscoring its technical innovation and industrialization potential.

At the show, Sijie Environmental Technology, Adesso and Shengyi Tech will set up a joint booth demonstrating the complete recycling flow "from waste PCB to regenerated materials", with a degradable PCB material comparison zone where visitors can see the before/after degradation with their own eyes.

Dr. Bo Liang, founder of Adesso, said: "We believe true technological innovation must serve sustainable development. Adesso's degradable curing agent technology is not only a breakthrough in materials science, but also strong support for a circular economy model for the electronics industry. This cooperation with Shengyi Tech is an important milestone in moving the technology from the laboratory to large-scale application."

As the world pays growing attention to e-waste management and AI, new energy and smart devices keep driving demand for high-performance PCBs, green and recyclable PCB materials face unprecedented opportunities. Adesso, Shengyi Tech and Sijie Environmental Technology will continue deepening their cooperation to build a cleaner, lower-carbon and more efficient electronics manufacturing ecosystem. Welcome industry colleagues to visit the HKPCA show and explore the unlimited possibilities of degradable PCB toward a zero-waste electronic future.
