The SYP400 is a flat hydraulic three-roll mill built for continuous, heavy-duty grinding and dispersion of high-viscosity pastes. Three horizontally arranged rollers run at differential speeds while a hydraulic system applies uniform, adjustable pressure to the gap, producing fine, uniform particle size with low heat build-up. The rigid cast frame and hardened rollers ensure long service life and stable performance. It is widely applied in inks, paints, pigments, coatings, cosmetics, chocolate, ointments and adhesive production, and is suitable for both batch and inline processes.
