System-window production is complex and precise. First, profile production: thermal-break aluminium is extruded at high temperature and fitted with a thermal-break strip to form the insulating bridge for insulation; the surface is powder-coated or wood-grain transferred for weather resistance and looks. Second, glass processing: double or triple insulating glass is cut, cleaned and assembled for precise size and sealing; the cavity is filled with inert gas for better insulation/soundproofing. Third, frame and glass assembly: on automated/semi-automated lines the processed profiles and glass are joined precisely with corner keys and gaskets for firmness and sealing; handles, hinges etc. are fitted firmly and flexibly. Finally, quality testing: every window is tested for air/water tightness and insulation and only leaves the factory after passing, ensuring real-world performance and reliability. The whole process stresses detail and quality control for excellent insulation, soundproofing, air and water tightness.
