Prevent internal dust (the main cause of element burnout): spec a larger gap between elements and the housing and place standby elements at the bottom. Improve control-cabinet ventilation and keep the ambient ≤25°C (SCR trips above 70°C). Patrol daily and compare records to catch hidden faults early.
