No heating: check main power, blown fuse, control fault, open element wire. Will not stop: check SCR, contactor sticking, thermostat/sensor fault, wrong setpoint. Over-temperature alarm: check medium flow, clean the line, calibrate or replace the sensor, inspect the control system.
