(1) The motor drives the rotor that fixed on the main bearing to run quickly toward certain direction when the machine works. The materials are fallen into the throw-up disc and impacted by the high speed strips of the throw-up disc, and then strikes with the impact board under the effect of Centrifugal Force.

(2) Because the impact board is bevel and the gravitation, the materials are threw to the taper crushing room and impacted by the high-rotating up hammerhead. After gaining sufficient energy, the materials are thrown to the impact board again and action repeats.

(3) The materials strike with each other in the crushing room and then are down to the column-shape rotor room. Then crushed, pressed, and ground and action repeats.

(4) In this way, the materials go through up, middle, and down rotor crushing rooms and crushed, pressed, and ground by the hammers and the impact boards, and finally the materials are gradually crushed into needed sizes and come out.

During working on those above projects, mostly problem are related to belt deviation(belt side skid),

so we analysis the problem what happened in each specified cases: in case :

1, BOHAI project, its curling Scraper conveyor, model 320*457, slot width 1320mm, located in Zhanjiang,

Guangdong province,belong to BOHAI GROUP OF COMPANY, used in oil pocessing project, in this case,

scraper has jump chain problem, we tighten the tail screw,, strength chain, so the problem solved.

In case 7, bucket elevator,TDTG100/40X4, SLOT WIDTH 1600mm, its located in FANGCHENGGANG,

GUANGXI province, belong to JIUSAN group of company, there are some proble relate to: 1, belt side

run-off: the belt on both sides of the loose tension is not consistent, adjust the tail screw so that the

tightness is consistent; 2, Material return large: the bucket belt and the bezel gap is too large, adjust the

bezel position; 3, the outlet slip pipe blockage: clean out the blockage of foreign body, foreign body for a

bucket. Check all buckets and secure them; 4, head bearing noise: open the bearing chamber, found that

Oats Processing Rolling Line working principle:

First, the naked oats are processed by cleaning and steam softening. Thenmaterial passes the feeding device of the oat flakes machine, and is sentcontinuously and evenly to the place between the two rollers which havecertain interval and pressure. Next, the oats are rolled into flakes accordingto the technological requirements. Then it has a centralized processing byscraper device and enters the next section. If there has foreign hard mattermixing into the material and entering between the two rollers, then the hardmatter will force the two rollers to be affected by a reactive force. It strutsthe tooth rollers forcibly by hydraulic system (or spring effect) so as to makethe tooth roller, shaft block and bolt have effective protection. After the hardmatter passing, the tooth rollers recover to the normal working stationautomatically.
Oats Processing Rolling Line Operation methods:
1. Cleaning: oat has the similar cleaning process with wheat. The cleaningmethod is based on the granular size and gravity difference. We can get netoats after several processes of cleaning. The equipments for cleaning are:precleaning machine, vibrating screen, peeling machine, de-ironing separator,rotary screen, specific gravity sieve. 
2. Peeling and whitening: its goal is to whiten and remove dust. It needsgentle friction to remove oat fur and skin. 
3. Cleaning and spin-drying: peeling, cleaning and then spin-drying. 
4. Thermal treatment of enzyme deactivation: without thermal treatmentof enzyme deactivation, oats fat will be oxidized in processing and affectsproducts quality and shelf life. This method can deactivate enzyme, makeoat starch burnt and increase baking taste. We use infrared ray or far-infraredheating equipment for this method. After this processing, oats should enter intothe next section or should be forced cooling in time to prevent oat greaseoxidation of overheating.
5. Cutting: cutting oats into 1/2- 1/3 granules by drum granulator. The oatsflakes after cutting can keep unanimous are easily laminated into thin flakeswithout powder. 
6. Steaming: furtherly deactivating enzyme and sterilizing. Making starch becomeinstant food, and making oats smoothed and softened for flaking. We use retroflexcooking machine for steaming. 
7. Flaking: flaking by double roller flakes machine and keeping the flakesthickness for about 0.5mm. The roller diameter of the flakes machine shouldbe 200mm.
8. Drying and cooling: drying and making the moisture reduce to 10% belowfor easy storage. Fluid bed dryer is the ideal drying equipment. Then it needscooling to normal temperature after drying. 

9. Packaging: we usually adopt material with good gas tightness, such asaluminium film, polypropylene bag and polyester bag. Besides, oat flakes areinstant food which has higher sanitary requirement needs sterile productionsystem.     

OAT DEHULLER                                               

OAT ROLLER Oat Dehulling Machine Introduction:

Oat dehulling machine ia also called oat dehuller, which is specially designedto hull, remove shells, separate and re-separate for oats. And un-hulled oatswill be returned back to dehuller for re-hulling again automatically.
It consists of input hopper, bucket elevator, main part of the machinery(including: 2 sets of dehuller, separating screen for shell-seeds-kernels,separating screen for seeds-kernels, shells-discharging device), re-separator,kernels collector, pneumatic device for back-flowing materials and electriccontrol cabinet.Oat hulling machine operation methods:
1). Feeding in raw materials when the equipment works well and adjusting theoutlet height of the feed-in hopper so as to make the raw materials feed equablyand the output match with the variety of raw materials.
2). Checking the actual result of the shells- seeds-kernels separator, if too manyshells in the front of the sieve coming out, the volume of the blowing is too small,then adjust the register of the cyclone, decrease the opening of the register toincrease the volume of blowing. On the contrary, it’s opposite.
3). Adjust the figures on the frequency inverter according to the different typesof raw materials and percentage of whole kernels required. The smaller of thefigure, the higher of whole kernels, while the rate of hulling and output volumeshall be correspondingly lower. The higher of the figure, the lower of percentageof the whole kernels, while the rate of hulling and output volume shall becorrespondingly higher, on the other hand, the frequency should be decreasedif the moisture content of raw material is lower.
4). Checking the actual result of the seeds-kernels separator, if too many seedsin the front of the sieve coming out and meanwhile too many kernels at the backof sieve are returning to the elevator for second round hulling, the angle of thesieve should be adjusted. First, loosen the locked bolt and adjust the angle ofsieve by the hand-wheels and lock the bolt again when finishing adjustment.Oat dehulling machine technical parameters:Power: 12.54Kw

Integrated Wheat Maize Flour Milling Machine Line

The Flour Mill Equipment of 120 tons per day compact wheat flour milling machinery are

designed and installed together with the steel structure support.

The main support structure is made of three levels:

the roller mills are located on the ground floor, the sifters are installed on the first floor,

the cyclones and pneumatic pipes are on the second floor.

The materials from the roller mills are lifted by pneumatic transferring system. Enclosed pipes are

used for ventilation and de-dusting.

Workshop height is relatively low to reduce customers' investment. The milling technology can be

adjusted to satisfy customers' different requirements.

Optional PLC control system can realize central control with high degree of automation and make

operation easier and flexible. Enclosed ventilation can avoid dust spill to keep high sanitary working

condition. The whole mill can be compactly installed in a warehouse and designs can be customized

as per different requirements.

In the cleaning section, we adopt drying type cleaning technology. It normally includes 2 times

sifting, 2 times scouring, 2 times de-stoning, one time purifying, 4 times aspiration, 1 to 2 times

dampening, 3 times magnetic separation and so on. In the cleaning section, there are several

aspiration systems which can reduce the dust spray-out from the machine and keep a good

working environment.This is a complicated thorough flow sheet which can remove most of

the coarse offal, middle size offal and fine offal in the wheat. The cleaning section is not only

suitable for wheat imported with lower moisture and but also suitable dirty wheat from local

customers.

In the milling section, there are four types of systems to mill the wheat to flour. They are 4-Break system,

7-Reduction system,1-Semolina system and 1-Tail system. Purifiers are specially designed to get more pure

semolina sent to the Reduction which improves the flour quality by a large margin. The rollers for Reduction,

Semolina, and Tail systems are smooth rollers which are well blasted. The whole design will insure less bran

mixed into the bran and the flour yield is maximized. Because the well designed pneumatic lifting system,

the whole mill material is transferred by High pressure fan. The milling room will be clean and sanitary

for aspiration adoption.

All the packing machines are automatic.The packing machine has features of high measuring accuracy,

fast packing speed, reliable and stable working. It can weigh and count automatically, and it can

accumulate weight. The packing machine has function of fault self-diagnosis. Itssewing machine has

automatic sewing and cutting function.

The packing machine is with sealed type bag-clamping mechanism, whih can \prevent material from

leaking out.The packing specification includes 1-5kg,2.5-10kg,20-25kg,30-50kg.The clients can choose

different packing specification according to requirements. 

In this part, we will supply electrical control cabinet, signal cable, cable trays and cable ladders, and other

electrical installation parts.

The substation and motor power cable is not included except customer specially required.

PLC control system is an optional choice for customer.

In PLC control system, all the machinery is controlled by Programmed Logical Controller which can

insure the machinery running stably and fluently.

The system will make some judgments and do reaction accordingly when any machine is in fault or

stopped abnormally. In the same time it will alarm and remind the operator to settle the faults.

Schneider series electrical parts are used in out electrical cabinet.

The PLC brand will be Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi and other International Brand. The combination

of a good designing and reliable electrical parts insures the whole mill running smoothly.

Technological process of Lentil Peeling, Splitting and Grinding Plant:

1.Bean cleaning section: it adopts two screening sections, two destoning sections, one

magnetic separation section, and removes the big, small and light impurities, pebbles and

magnetic material from the beans to ensure the quality of the end products. 

2. Bean color sorting section: it adopts the color sorter to separate the moldy kernels,

shriveled beans and foreign species of beans according to the color and luster feature

of the beans. 

3. Bean peeling and splitting section: it adopts peeling, splitting, brushing and shunting

technology (it can utilize the segregation valve to choose peeling and brushing according

to the material character.)

  1）Peeling and splitting: it can remove the bean bran, split the bean kernels and separate

        and collect corn kernels by effective aspiration system;

  2）Brushing: it can separate the micro bran and dust which adheres to the material surface.

4. Grading section: it adopts different screens and classify the material into different grades

according to the size. 

5. Lentil kernel making and grits milling section: it adopts the technology of three peeling

sections, one grits making section, grading and suspension. 

  1)Peeling section: it can remove the bean bran and separate and collect it by effective aspiration

system and produce peeled kernels;

  2) Bean grits making section: it uses fine bean grits machine and mill beans into bean grits;

  3) Bean kernels and bean grits grading section: it adopts different screens and classifies bean

      kernels or bean grits into different grades according to the size. 

  4)Suspension: it separates bean bran by utilizing airflow according to different material gravity.

6. Bean flour milling section: it adopts the technology of burdening, several processes of

    grinding and screening and grading. 

  1）Burdening: it can mix different material according to different requirements for different

       products；

  2）Grinding: it can grind or mill the beans into fine bean flour by the professional bean grinder;

  3）Screening: it separates the bean flour. 

7. Measuring and packaging section: storage can reduce the amount of labor used. Measuring

   can be artificial or electronic.
