The adjustment procedure is as follows: 1. Preparation - power off the equipment to avoid accidental startup; clean the electric eye lens with a clean soft cloth to ensure no dust or stains. 2. Initial adjustment - fix the electric eye at a proper position so it can accurately detect the bag marks, then connect the power and start the machine. 3. Sensitivity adjustment - test with a test piece or bag marks to check detection; adjust the sensitivity via the knob on the electric eye or the control panel until detection is stable. 4. Position adjustment - horizontal alignment: make sure the electric eye is level with the bag marks, and adjust the angle and distance as needed.
