1998年5月，深圳市浪骑游艇会有限公司正式成立，投资开发了以开展海上游艇帆船、休闲、旅游、度假、运动及商务活动为宗旨的，中国第一家实行会员制的海上游艇俱乐部—— 浪骑游艇会。
2006年6月，万科公司与浪骑公司达成股权转让协议，并完成了全部相关手续。从此，深圳市浪骑游艇会有限公司正式成为万科下属全资子公司。收购后的浪骑游艇会仍作为一个独立品牌而存在。
深圳市浪骑游艇会有限公司自1998年5月成立至今，已走过了八年的风风雨雨。在这八年里，浪骑人凭着坚强的毅力和艰苦奋斗的精神，将浪骑游艇会建成现有规模，开创了中国海上游艇会的先河，成为国内游艇俱乐部知名品牌之一。
今天，浪骑游艇会为中国著名企业万科所收购，不但获得了坚强的后盾支持，也同时获得了新的发展良机。我们有理由相信，浪骑又将迎来一个更加灿烂和美好的明天。
Shenzhen Longcheer Yacht Club Co., Ltd., officially established in May 1998, is China’s first membership yacht club specializing in providing various yachts and sailboats for leisure, travel, vacation trip, sports and commercial activities.
In June 2006, VANKE reached an equity transfer agreement with Longcheer and completed all procedures related. Henceforth, Shenzhen Longcheer Yacht Club Co., Ltd. has officially become a subordinate to VANKE. However, Longcheer Yacht Club has been always an independent brand which exists and will continually exist after VANKE purchased Longcheer.
Since its establishment in May 1998, Shenzhen Longcheer Yacht Club Co., Ltd. has already traveled through eight years. In these eight years, Longcheer staff with strong will have arduously struggled and have successfully constructed Longcheer into the present scale. Longcheer is regarded as a precedent for China’s seagoing yacht clubs, and also one of the most famous brands among all yacht clubs in China.
Today, Longcheer has been successfully purchased by VANKE, a renowned enterprise in China, which does not only provide Longcheer with a strong backing support but also create many good opportunities for its future development. We believe Longcheer will usher a brighter and happier tomorrow.
